Michelle Briand is lifelong music fan, who is either listening to music, writing about music, or talking about music. Through her jobs, she's been lucky enough to catch all kinds of shows all around the globe: everything from late night jazz in Argentina to local musicians doing an impromptu gig of Hugh Masekela songs at a market in Zimbabwe. So far, her favorite shows have been Nick Murphy at the Royale in Boston, Empire of the Sun at FOMO Sydney, and Esme Patterson pretty much anywhere.
